IIDEMIC Project Partners Explore Moodle E-Learning Platform in Online Session Led by WSB Merito University

This week, the IIDEMIC consortium held a productive and engaging virtual meeting led by WSB Merito University, Poland, focusing on the demonstration of the new Moodle-based e-learning platform—a central tool in delivering digital education to refugees, migrants, and displaced populations in Kenya and Somalia.

The session featured a detailed walkthrough of the platform’s key features. The Polish team demonstrated step-by-step how learners will interact with the system, from secure login and intuitive navigation to accessing course materials, completing quizzes, and monitoring their progress via the dashboard.

Following the platform demonstration, partners contributed feedback aimed at improving the platform’s usability, accessibility, and cultural adaptability. The suggestions focused on ensuring the platform remains learner-centered and inclusive, especially for marginalized communities.

This collaborative session is a strong reflection of IIDEMIC’s core mission—to foster inclusive and innovative digital education for all.
