Work package WP8 – Project management and coordination, (MNGT) (Lead University: KU)

Objectives

1. Administration and coordination of the project resources, including budget spent and efforts utilised;
2. Providing organisational support of the Project realisation
3. Monitoring and control of the work plan and preparation of detailed work plans;
4. Coordination of the work among the WP Leaders;
5. Compilation and issuing of periodic reports;
6. Arrangement of the project level meetings and issuing the minutes
7. Structuring consortium communication, including deliverables, reviews, etc.;
8. Structuring clear and swift communication between the Project and the Partners officers.
