I am an educator and e-learning methodologist, currently I work as Director of the Center for Modern Teaching Technologies (CNTN) at WSB Merito University in Torun. For over 10 years at CNTN, I have been advising, designing, developing, and managing e-learning courses for both academic and corporate purposes. My work focuses on implementing innovative technological solutions into the educational process, including hybrid learning models, fully online programs. I conduct training sessions on the effective use of digital tools and emerging technologies in education. I hold a degree in English philology as well as in management and marketing. I am also a graduate of the ATD Master Instructional Designer® program. With many years of experience as a trainer and university lecturer at both undergraduate and graduate levels, My professional passion lies in bridging pedagogy and technology to create meaningful, accessible, and engaging learning experiences.
