
Dr. Priscilla Ndegwa is a faculty member of the department of Business administration at Kenyatta University. She holds a PhD and Master’s degree in human resource management and a Bachelor degree in education (Economics and Business studies). She is a trainer, researcher and module developer. She has over 8 years’ experience in managing refugee and forcefully displaced persons education projects and capacity building in Dadaab and Kakuma. In the IIDEMIC project she is mainly a co-researcher, trainer mentor and author of module 3 and module 6 titled ‘Promoting Positive Behaviours School-Wide and Community for Sustained Inclusivity and ‘Collaborative Partnerships and Emerging Issues in Inclusive Education’. Other tasks assigned in the project include conducting need assessment among refugees in Kenya and IDPs in Somalia, Desk & field study of the EU experiences with migrant communities, developing Data management plan (DMP), member of project Quality assurance committee and preparation of project reports among other assigned tasks. Dr Ndegwa has also researched and published widely.
