
I graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) English Language Teaching Department with an Honor Degree in 2007. I completed my Master’s and Ph.D. in Educational Sciences at Dicle University. Since 2020, I have been working as a full-time faculty associate professor at Kütahya Dumlupınar University (DPU). My research areas include educational management, communication, school climate, teacher training, classroom management, and discipline practices. I have authored several articles and books. Some of my books and book chapters include: Management and Leadership, Ethics and Morality in Education, Ethics and Human Values, New Generation Classroom Management, Leadership for Refugees, Globalizing Education Policy (translation), Generation Z as 21st Century Learners, Media Literacy, Leadership in Schools, Organizational Rumor and Gossip Management. In addition to my academic work, I also participated many national and international projects such as Coordinator/Mother-Child Learning Together; Coordinator/ Gaining Activity-Based Values Education Practice Skills to Teacher Candidates; Researcher/ Diyarbakır Province Educational Problems and Solution Suggestions; Researcher/ Diyarbakır Province Educational Problems and Solution Suggestions.
I am the DPU institutional coordinator for the IIDEMIC project which is Erasmus+ CBHE 220 central project co-funded by EU.
