Role in the IIDEMIC project: My role is supporting course authors in formulating learning outcomes and co-developing course syllabi. Providing guidance on aligning outcomes with teaching conditions in refugee camps. Consulting on the applicability of evidence-based teaching methodologies in large, diverse classrooms. I’m also an author of the course: Contemporary Instructional Methods for Teaching and Learning (Outcomes, Tools and Evaluation in Didactics).
At Merito University, I serve as Head of the Teaching Methodology Department. My responsibilities include developing course syllabi in collaboration with academic staff, conducting training sessions to enhance university teachers’ didactic competencies, observing classes and providing constructive feedback. I lead a team of methodology experts, e-learning instructional designers, Moodle platform specialists, online program coordinators, and didactic quality evaluators.
