Lucyna Sobkowiak – Project Coordinator
Role in the IIDEMIC project: I am the IIDEMIC Project Coordinator on behalf of WSB Merito University in Poznan. I am responsible for managing Work Packages 3 and 4. My role includes coordinating the development of online course materials and overseeing the production of online courses, managing the project team, handling contractual agreements, managing financial aspects, preparing reports, and participating in the project committee.
I am a Director of Strategy at WSB Merito University in Poznan as well as a trainer and project manager. I hold a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Management, as well as a postgraduate degree in Project Management – an area of particular interest to me. I have obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) an international certificate and the Assessor Certificate from the International Project Management Association (IPMA). For many years I have been involved in implementing project management awareness at universities and in business.
As Director of Strategy, I am involved in managing a portfolio of strategic projects and leading initiatives related to the internationalization of the University. I have extensive 17 years of experience in managing educational projects, including international projects funded by the European Union.
