Agnieszka Goncerzewicz – Methodologist, Trainer
Role in the IIDEMIC project: I’m responsible for reviewing materials, providing methodological support to authors, conducting seminars with them and advising on teaching methodology in cooperation with the producer.
I am an e-learning methodologist at the Center for Teaching Development at WSB Merito University in Poznan and a university lecturer in management sciences (marketing). I hold a degree in philology with a specialization in editorial studies. I have also completed postgraduate studies in business communication, negotiation, and business psychology with a specialization in coaching. I work at the intersection of business and education. For the past 17 years, I have been involved in various areas of marketing: media, product marketing, content marketing, and event marketing. Since 2020 I have been working as a trainer and academic lecturer. I collaborate with companies, lecturers, and students. In my daily work, I design courses for the asynchronous learning format offered at WSB Merito University in Poznan.
